VisuaCore Technology Limited

Every organisation in Africa has a problem technology could solve.

Most don't know where to start. We listen to the problem first, then build exactly what solves it. Nothing rented. Nothing you don't own.

What we build

Six kinds of problem we solve

Tell us which one is yours, or describe something else entirely.

01

Everyday business systems

The shop owner, the market trader, the small distributor. Digital receipts sent to a customer's phone, stock that updates itself when something sells, and a record of debts and payments that survives a lost notebook. Built for one person with one phone.

02

Media operations

Our own field. Talent and location releases signed on a phone and filed automatically. Footage libraries where you can find the clip you shot two years ago. Contracts, licences and usage rights tracked properly.

03

Selling online

A business that only sells to whoever walks past is limited by its street. We build the store, connect the payments, and make the price adapt to where the customer actually lives.

04

Apps and AI tools

Applications for Android and iPhone, delivered through the stores properly. Where it genuinely helps, we build in AI — a customer photographs her skin and gets an analysis. AI where it solves something, not because it sounds impressive.

05

Records and databases

Church membership and giving. NGO beneficiaries and donor reports. Attendance, projects, inventory, members. We build the system that holds it, keeps it safe, and produces the report when the board or the funder asks.

06

Foundations

Hosting, security, backups, and being found on Google. The layer everyone ignores until the site is hacked, the files are gone, or nobody can find the business online.

What changes

Before, and after

Receipts written by hand, or not at all

Every sale recorded, receipt sent to the customer's phone

Stock counted from memory

Stock that updates the moment something sells

Who owes what lives in one person's head

A record that survives a lost notebook

Sales limited to whoever walks past the shop

Customers anywhere in Nigeria, at any hour

One price shown to Lagos and to London

A price that makes sense wherever the buyer is

Members and giving tracked on paper

Records that produce the report the board asks for

Release forms lost in a bag

Signed on a phone and filed automatically

Yearly plugin fees that never stop

Software the business owns outright

The difference

We build it. You own it.

Most companies assemble your business out of rented parts. A page builder here, a premium plugin there, a subscription for search, another for security. It works until the renewals arrive, or the plugin is abandoned, or you need something it was never designed to do.

We work differently. When a client needs to be found on Google, we write the search engine. When a client needs protection, we write the security layer. When a client needs pricing that makes sense in Lagos and in London, we write the pricing engine.

The result does exactly what the business needs, costs nothing to renew, and belongs to the client permanently.

Software we built, and own

engine

Most businesses pay every year for a plugin to help Google find them. The fees never stop, and the day you stop paying you lose it. We wrote our own — nine modules covering everything the paid version did. Google confirmed the improvement in search visibility.

Running on VisuAfric

engine

Every online shop in Nigeria shows the same price to a customer in Abuja and a customer in London. For one of them that price is impossible, and the sale never happens. Our engine recognises where a customer is and prices accordingly, on every page. Tested on a real Nigerian phone, on a real Nigerian network.

Nigerian business websites are attacked constantly, and when it happens most owners have nobody to call. We built our own protection layer — firewall, hardening, monitoring — and deployed it on client sites. No subscription, no third party holding the keys.

Running on Bismid Cosmetics

engine

Preparing video for sale — converting, watermarking, uploading, cataloguing — takes minutes per clip. Thousands of clips makes it impossible by hand. Our pipeline automates the whole chain, at any volume.

Running on VisuAfric

engine

A customer photographs her own skin and receives an analysis and a product recommendation, in seconds, on her own phone. Built into a live commercial application on Google Play.

Running on SkinSmart Africa

engine

A publishing system for media libraries at scale — review, edit and publish thousands of assets in batches, with staging, per-item control and automatic product creation.

Our own platform

VisuAfric

When the world needs pictures of Africa, it buys them from platforms built elsewhere, shot mostly by visitors. African filmmakers with excellent work had no marketplace of their own.

So we built one. Authentic African footage, contributed by African creators, licensed to broadcasters, NGOs, documentary makers and brands worldwide — with delivery infrastructure that works from anywhere and pricing that adapts to the buyer's market.

Who we build for

Organisations doing real work that leaves no record

Local business and trade

Markets, shops, distributors and artisans. The businesses that move real money and can prove none of it.

Media and creative

Filmmakers, producers, studios and photographers. Archives, releases, licensing and delivery.

Churches and ministries

Membership, giving, media and communication. Six years inside broadcast ministry means we understand how these organisations actually work.

NGOs and development

Beneficiary records, donor reporting and field data. Being trustworthy is not enough — you have to be able to show it.

We also work with government bodies and international organisations, and welcome tender enquiries.

How we work

Four stages, and you own everything at the end

1

Understand

We start with the business problem, not the technology. What does success look like, and what is the current situation costing you?

2

Architect

We design the system before we build it. Hosting, data, payments, security and growth path, agreed in writing.

3

Build

Development in stages, with something working in front of you early and often.

4

Hand over

You receive the code, the documentation and the credentials. Everything is yours.

Tell us the problem.

Describe what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to fix it — and if we are not, we will say so.
